With colder weather and fewer hours of daylight, you'll probably be spending a lot of time indoors this Winter. If you're staying inside, there are still plenty of fun options for activities, from going to an indoor ninja park to cooking classes. Below is a quick snapshot of things to do in NWA during these Winter months, bundle up and enjoy!
Bentonville
Crystal Bridges - Spend half a day (or a full day) inside the beautifully designed Crystal Bridges museum exploring exhibits or gazing out the floor-to-ceiling windows into the Ozark landscape.
The Holler / 8th Street Market - Keep yourself entertained (& warm!) by spending an afternoon at The Holler and 8th Street Market. Enjoy an afternoon coffee and shuffleboard session at The Holler, and when hunger strikes, grab food from a plethora of vendors in South Market, Yeyo's or Juice Palm or satisfy your sweet tooth with sipping chocolate at Markham & Fitz.
Skylight Movie Theater - Love reserved seating and comfortable rocker / recliner seats? Then you will love catching a flick at Skylight. Make it a full evening by arriving after 5:00pm Thursday-Sunday, where you will have the option to enjoy the full dinner and beverage menu at the bar or to order while relaxing in your seat in the theater!

Walton Arts Center - You can catch a play, a musical, or a full orchestra performance at the Walton Arts Center this Winter. Just check the schedule and find tickets for a perfect evening out!
Springdale
Black Apple Crossing – Visit the state's first and only cidery, located in Downtown Springdale. Sip on a cider flight and you'll have your choice of board games to play!
Jones Center - With the only indoor ice skating rink in the area, a fitness center and indoor swimming pools, you have a variety of activities to try at the Jones Center. You might be a future Olympian after a few curling classes, or just ice skate around the rink with friends!
Rogers
Flipside Ninja Park - The perfect spot to test your ninja skills (and enjoy an alternative workout)! This spot has something for every skillset - from beginner to full-blown ninja.
1907 COMING SOON - The leisurlist team cannot wait for the 1907 to officially open its doors to the public. This will be a great spot for coffee, tacos and drinks and so much more!

1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa - Swing by the Crescent Hotel & Spa in Eureka Springs for a ghost tour. We heard its one of the most haunted locations in the US! If you're not into scary stories, stop by the spa for a massage or facial. Plus, they have a gentleman's facial for all the gents out there!

All of Northwest Arkansas
Interested in hitting up all the cities in Northwest Arkansas? Take the Ale Trail Brewery Tour. This self-guided tour currently features 15 stops in NWA. There is no cost to participate, and those interested can pick up an Ale Trail passport at the Visitors Center on the Fayetteville Square, located at 21 S. Block Ave. Passports are also available at any of the participating breweries, and stamps can be collected at each location.
